At Adi Auto Gallery, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your car exterior enhancements. Please review our policy carefully regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. This includes all original accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Custom-ordered parts, final sale items, items that have been installed or show signs of wear, etc.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window by emailing info@adiautogallery.com or calling 03001286789. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back your item.
- Secure Packaging: It is crucial that the item is packed securely in its original packaging. Any damage incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may affect your refund.

Shipping Costs:
- (Customer pays return shipping): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via jazz cash, easy paisa or bank transfer.
- If your return is rejected due to not meeting the above conditions (e.g., item damaged, not in original packaging, outside of return window), we will notify you and the item may be returned to you.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank, easy paisa and or jazz cash account again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 03001286789.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items (Same-Day Notification Required)
We take great care in packaging and fulfilling your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we require immediate notification.
- Same-Day Contact: For any replacement requests due to a damaged item during transit or if you received an incorrect item, you must contact us on the same day the item is delivered.
- Proof Required: Please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number, by contacting us at 03001286789 within the same-day delivery window.
- Replacement Process: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. We may require the damaged or incorrect item to be returned to us.
Failure to report a damaged or incorrect item on the same day of delivery may void your eligibility for replacement.
